Want to live the Pirate Life? We've developed ten intentions to help us to embrace our inner pirate and live our best lives. In episode 54 we talk about the 2nd intention... 

FINDING JOY IN RANDOM PLACES! 

As pirates, we've been able to find joy and (lots of) laughter just sitting together in our driveway, in the airport, or in the McDonald's bathroom. We've even found it in places that aren't as hospitable - like the hospital.

Embracing this intention adds laughter, happiness, and gratitude to our lives. It's not always easy - but it's definitely worth it! 

Here are a few tips to finding joy from Prevention.com: 

• Set a goal outside your comfort zone
• Be present
• Choose authenticity
• Volunteer
• Reconnect with nature
• Make opportunities for laughter
• Seek out positive people
