With just days before the big show, we received our invitation to present. But, even in our excitement, we knew that there was A LOT to do in a limited amount of time... find coverage at work, find costumes, draft a script, and plan transportation to the two-hour-away destination. We called an emergency Zoom meeting to decide if we could pull it all together in time. And in true pirate style, we said SURE, WHY NOT?!
Leading up to our big moment, we all had moments where we doubted our decision and our ability to make it all happen. But the end result?? We learned and grew as podcasters and presenters, had a ton of fun, and ended up having an incredible experience - one that we hope to have again in future years!
