Something New

For episode 70, Denise threw down a challenge to the Pirates... we all had to TRY SOMETHING NEW! 

• Adrienne became a bad@ss boxer with Title Boxing Club!

• Denise is now rocking some gorgeous lash extensions!
  
  
• Shawna did ALL the new things... She started an online yoga teacher training class, participated in her first book club, experienced a volcano pedi, and learned to love arugula and beet salads! (#overachiever) 

So why should YOU try something new? 

• You can find new things that you love (like boxing, lashes, or even beets!)
  
  
• It builds courage! It can be scary to be in a new space or environment where you don't know the lingo ("meat hook to the head"), but it also makes you stronger! 
  
  
• It's a way to SEEK ADVENTURE (one of our pirate inTENtions). Adventure doesn't always have to be a grand trip or major life change. It could be driving a new way to work, taking a new fitness class, or trying a new food!
  
  
• Comfort zones SUCK! Learning and growth happen when you step OUTSIDE of those comfort zones. It may feel a little uncomfortable (or a lot), but that's where the magic happens!
