In episode 83, we recap our 2022 trip to Punta Cana! (Yep, I said 2022! We are still a few posts behind with this blog - so bare with us as we continue to catch up!!)
Last October we departed for Dreams Onyx Resort in Punta Cana! It was a teaching vacation through Fit Bodies. What does that mean? It means that we got to be the on-site fitness pros at the resort for the week! Shawna was the official instructor (Denise and Adrienne were the front row divas!). Throughout the week, the weather was not cooperative - so Shawna may have set a record for the FEWEST classes taught during a teaching vaca. But we still had a blast sharing Zumba dance moves with the guests - at least for a few minutes before the storms blew in.
In spite of the rainstorms, we had an amazing trip! We watched a few weddings, danced with the silent disco bear, got massages at Tropical Treasure, made a few language faux paus (shout out to the chef with the "mucles/mussels"), and - as always - so much more! We relive the fun in Episode 83!
